Kellsey Kloker from Lawrenceville, Georgia, was nominated for the Baxter Bryan Scholarship Award, the top academic award at Brenau University. She was recognized for this achievement during Brenau's Honors Convocation ceremony April 12, 2018, in Pearce Auditorium. She was the first runner-up and the recipient of the Sidney O. Smith Scholarship.

Kloker is a class of 2019 student majoring in health science, pre-occupational therapy. She is a graduate of Brookwood High School.
